## When to use

Use this screen to view, filter, create, edit, or delete agent categories. It is the starting point for managing these records.

## Main tasks

- Find agent categories using search, filters, or sorting available on the screen.
- Create a agent category with the new-record action when it is available.
- Edit a agent category by opening it from the list and changing its data on the edit screen.
- Delete a agent category from the selected item action and confirm only when you are sure.

## Search and filters

- Search: Enter part of a name, phone number, email, or related term to narrow the list.
- Status: Select the current state or use the field to filter results.

## Available actions

- Create: start a new record.
