Review knowledge-base material using the knowledge-file download action.

## How to use it

In Admin, open the agent's knowledge base, locate a file and download it. Compare the document with the version approved by its owner before deciding whether to update the material used by AI.

## Limits and prerequisites

Downloading requires access to the resource and an available file. Downloading a copy does not automatically update the knowledge index or guarantee that the content is current.

## Validate in your operation

Choose a test document, download it and verify its content. When replacing material, validate agent responses again using questions affected by the changed information.

## Availability

Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
