Generate Excel or CSV files from filters described in agent or workflow instructions.

## How to use it

Add the Conversation Report tool and describe conversation type, creation-date period and required content. The agent returns a file link that can be used by a separately configured sending step.

## Limits and prerequisites

Reports may contain transcripts and collected data. Restrict access to authorized recipients. File generation does not automatically send email or expand query permissions.

## Validate in your operation

Generate a short-period report and compare count and content with known conversations. Check recipients before connecting a distribution step.

## Availability

Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
