## How to use it

Configure the connection for the service in use and verify authentication. In Assist, open a test contact and check that displayed information matches the correct record. Review the distinction between monday connections before assigning tools.

## Limits and prerequisites

Behavior depends on connector type and service permissions. A catalog brand does not imply every external platform operation is available.

## Validate in your operation

Use a known contact reference and test a match and a missing contact. Confirm the team can distinguish missing data from a connection failure.

## Availability

Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
