## Browse and maintain

Open an entry to review its name, content and groups. Save changes and check the knowledge association in the agent that should use it.

## Create

- Open Knowledge and create an entry.
- Enter a name (up to 400 characters) and content (up to 10,000 characters).
- Select visibility groups and save. Without groups, the entry is available to all eligible users.
