Monitoring shows active conversations and distinguishes pending from completed evaluations.

## How to use it

Open Coach monitoring and inspect evaluation status. An active conversation may be waiting for session completion and post-call processing. Use filters to distinguish pending work from completed evaluations.

## Limits and prerequisites

Pending indicators do not mean a zero score or absence of issues. Processing error messages are preserved and should be investigated before using an evaluation in team decisions.

## Validate in your operation

Compare an active conversation with a processed one. Confirm status before interpreting scores and record cases that remain pending longer than expected for your operation.

## Availability

Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
