Use this Zild Insight screen to complete the monitoring activity in daily work.

## How to use

- Use filters to find evaluated conversations or records.
- Open an item to review evaluation details.
- Export, reevaluate, or adjust metadata when those actions are available.

## Important fields

- Search: Enter part of a name, phone number, email, or related term to narrow the list.
- Checklist: Select the checklist used to review or validate the item.
- Queue: Choose the queue responsible for receiving, routing, or filtering work.
- Status: Select the current state or use the field to filter results.
- Period: Fill it according to the screen context and review it before saving.

## Available actions

- Import: bring data or files into the screen.
- Search: search using the current filters.
- Export: download or export information.
- Reevaluate: process the item again using the current criteria.
