Microsoft Teams transcript imports validate the queue and user within the authenticated company.

## How to use it

Prepare a transcript with participants, text and timestamps. In the Teams import integration, provide the queue and responsible user's email. Check the imported record before using it in Insight analysis.

## Limits and prerequisites

The user must be active in the same company and the queue must exist in that context. This update does not mean automatic recording of all meetings or unrestricted Teams access. Importing depends on the configured integration workflow.

## Validate in your operation

Import an authorized transcript and check participants, duration, queue and owner. If validation fails, correct user or queue membership before retrying.

## Availability

Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
