## When to use

Use this screen to view, filter, create, edit, or delete batch calls. It is the starting point for managing these records.

## Main tasks

- Find batch calls using search, filters, or sorting available on the screen.
- Create a batch call with the new-record action when it is available.
- Edit a batch call by opening it from the list and changing its data on the edit screen.
- Delete a batch call from the selected item action and confirm only when you are sure.

## Search and filters

- Search: Enter part of a name, phone number, email, or related term to narrow the list.
- Status: Select the current state or use the field to filter results.
- Period: Fill it according to the screen context and review it before saving.

## Available actions

- Create: start a new record.
- Delete: remove the selected item, usually after confirmation.
- Edit: open the selected item for changes.
- Clear filters: clear filters, search, or current selection.
- Search: search using the current filters.
