Custom dynamic variables received through the ElevenLabs integration are persisted with the conversation.

## How to use it

Configure the business variables used by the voice agent and make a test call. After the webhook is received, inspect the associated conversation and verify recorded context, such as a service reference or process identifier.

## Limits and prerequisites

Persistence depends on data sent by the provider. System variables are filtered. Retries update the existing record but do not replace validation of the original values.

## Validate in your operation

Use a known fictional reference and verify its association with the correct call. Review which variables need storage and avoid sending credentials or unnecessary data in the context.

## Availability

Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
