Objective answers to common questions about implementation, channels, governance, APIs, and platform expansion.

## Where should we start?

Start with a problem that has clear ownership, enough volume, and known operating rules. Support, sales qualification, voice triage, repetitive documents, and back-office tasks are common first workflows.

## Do we need to buy the whole platform?

No. A project can start with one use case. The difference is that when voice, WhatsApp, documents, coaching, tasks, or analytics appear later, the company does not need a new tool for every step.

## Does AI decide everything alone?

It should not. Each workflow defines what AI may solve, what requires more context, what requires an authorized tool, and what must go to human handoff.

## How does Zild integrate with our systems?

Zild can connect through APIs, webhooks, channels, and integrations designed for the project. The important pattern is always the same: minimal scope, safe credentials, error handling, and evidence records.

## How do we know it is working?

Track resolution, handoff, response time, quality, critical failures, tasks created, and recurring topics. The goal is not only to answer faster; it is to operate better with control.
