Plan the first Zild implementation: pick the workflow, define the operating rules, and prepare what must be true before go-live.

## Choose the first workflow

Start from a concrete business pain, not from a platform rollout. Good first workflows have volume, repetition, clear ownership, and a visible cost when they are handled manually.

- Which conversation, call, document, or task consumes the most time today?
- What outcome must the workflow produce: answer, qualified lead, ticket, appointment, score, summary, or task?
- Which channel starts the process: WhatsApp, voice, email, webchat, Microsoft Teams, document upload, or API?
- Who takes over when the AI lacks context, permission, or confidence to continue?

## What must be clear

Before you configure an agent, align the objective, inputs, policy, knowledge sources, integrations, human handoff, and metrics. This prevents a demo that looks good but fails inside the real operation.
