Use this checklist to prepare the first Zild workflow for implementation, controlled testing, and go-live.

## 1. Define the use case

- Name the workflow and the problem it solves.
- Choose the entry channel: WhatsApp, voice, email, webchat, document, Teams, or API.
- Define the expected result: answer, qualification, ticket, summary, task, score, appointment, or system update.
- Name the human owner and escalation queue.

## 2. Prepare context and rules

- Agent instructions and examples of good answers.
- Knowledge sources, documents, FAQs, or data the agent may use.
- Rules for what AI can do alone and what requires approval.
- Required fields, integrations, and data that must be recorded.

## 3. Test with real cases

Validate the workflow with real examples and edge cases before scaling. Check whether the agent answers with context, follows policy, escalates correctly, and leaves enough information for review.

## 4. Go live with metrics

After launch, monitor volume, resolution rate, handoff, errors, response time, conversation quality, and opportunities for adjustment in Insight or Coach.
