How to use it
Configure the ESL connector and enable the required tools. For reports, list templates and inspect their structure before building filters. For a pickup, provide quantities, weights, dimensions and a note based on the driver's information.
Limits and prerequisites
Updating measurements does not change pickup status and rejects pickups that already have measurements. ESL calculates derived values. Report queries require a date filter; prefer periods of up to 31 days to avoid lengthy extractions.
Validate in your operation
Validate a staging pickup without measurements, check its values in ESL and repeat to verify restriction handling. Do not use retries as an overwrite mechanism.
Identifying who reported the occurrence
When the workflow supplies contact context, the integration adds the name and phone number to the comment sent to ESL. The phone number is normalized to digits. Instruct the agent to describe the event without repeating that identity in free text.
Without contact context, the comment may be sent without that prefix. This does not verify the driver identity: check the contact and its association with the freight or pickup before acting. Validate with a test contact and inspect the resulting ESL comment.
Availability
Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
