Configure the WinThor integration and the operations the agent is allowed to execute.

How to use it

Register the connector with your environment's address and authentication. Review per-operation settings and attach tools to the agent. Start with a controlled query and compare the response with the corresponding ERP record.

Limits and prerequisites

The integration depends on APIs, routes and permissions exposed by the WinThor installation. Registering a connector does not enable every operation for every agent. Validate the installed version's contract before enabling writes.

Validate in your operation

Use staging data and validate authentication, required fields and error responses. Explicitly define which operations may change data and who monitors their results.

Commercial configuration, pricing and confirmation

Configure branch, company, billing code, cash payment plan and issuing employee in the connector according to the operations used. These values take precedence over agent-supplied arguments. Confirm the sales price table: the territory region in the customer record does not establish the branch relationship.

If customer creation returns registradoNoErp=true with a mismatch or pending verification, do not repeat creation. For orders, the integration retrieves conditions again and requires another review when the commercial revision has changed.

See configuration, pricing responses and staging steps in the WinThor guide.

Availability

Feature identified in the platform code in October 2026. Availability depends on the deployed version, permissions and environment connectors. Contact Zild if it is not visible yet.
