Coach: practice with a randomly selected agent
Vary team preparation with a voice training agent randomly selected from those available to the account. Its identity stays hidden until the session ends.

Vary team preparation with a voice training agent randomly selected from those available to the account. Its identity stays hidden until the session ends.
How to use it
In the Zild Coach list, choose Random training. Fill in the scenario variables and start when ready. After the session ends, check the selected agent and open the review when the conversation has been saved. Draw another agent prepares a new session.
Limits and prerequisites
Eligible agents are enabled Zild Coach agents with a valid ID and configured voice integration identifier returned for the account. Selection is not adaptive, can repeat an agent and does not guarantee coverage of every scenario. Hiding identity in the interface does not anonymize records. If no eligible agent exists, the screen reports unavailability.
Validate in your operation
Prepare scenarios approved by the training owner, such as communicating a logistics exception or coordinating a service order. Check configuration and variables before team rollout. In an authorized test session, verify hidden identity during the exercise, disclosure after completion and access to the saved conversation. A random draw does not establish skill improvement.
