Zild minimizes the data shared with AI providers and external channels, limits stored context, protects sensitive values, and prefers zero-retention options when available.

Data minimization

Send only the context required to complete the task. Remove or mask personal, confidential, and credential data when it is not essential, and review generated content before it is sent to a third party when the workflow requires approval.

Zero-retention principle

When contractually and technically available, Zild configures AI providers so request data is not retained beyond processing. Availability depends on the provider, service configuration, data classification, and customer compliance requirements.

Privacy operating practices

  • Classify the data before connecting a workflow to an external provider.
  • Control histories and memories according to the purpose and authorized audience.
  • Protect keys, secrets, and identifiers from screens, prompts, logs, and reports.
  • Audit provider settings, contracts, retention options, and access scope periodically.
