3. Export, reevaluate, or adjust metadata when those actions are available.

Important fields

• Search: Enter part of a name, phone number, email, or related term to narrow the list.
• Checklist: Select the checklist used to review or validate the item.
• Queue: Choose the queue responsible for receiving, routing, or filtering work.
• Status: Select the current state or use the field to filter results.
• Period: Fill it according to the screen context and review it before saving.

Available actions

• Import: bring data or files into the screen.
• Search: search using the current filters.
• Export: download or export information.
• Reevaluate: process the item again using the current criteria.
