What the official source reports
AWS recorded structured-output availability for Claude models on bedrock-runtime and bedrock-mantle endpoints.
What this means for your operation
Our view: automation needs predictable contracts between model responses and downstream systems. Structured data simplifies integration but does not prove that a number, customer or order is correct. Format and business validation should remain separate steps.
Next step for evaluation
Define required fields and test incomplete inputs, out-of-range values and nonexistent references. Confirm supported model, endpoint and region in current documentation. Before enabling ERP writes, validate responses against authoritative data. Bedrock availability does not automatically enable the feature in every Zild agent.
