What changed
In AI Providers, the OpenAI project is now optional for cost API configuration. The dashboard identifies the consolidated scope as all projects while retaining the organization reference.
How to configure it
With administrative permission, configure the organization and administrative cost API key. Enter a project to narrow the report or leave it empty to consolidate. After changing scope, save and synchronize again: imported reports are cleared.
How to interpret it
Check period and scope before comparing amounts. The consolidated view is a report; existing spending limits remain managed per project. Changing reporting scope does not establish an organization-wide spending cap.
