Digital marketing with agents: from brief to measured outcomes

Connect content, review, paid and organic traffic to CRM and operating outcomes, with budgets and quality criteria.

Choose a handoff to improve

A campaign crosses research, product, content, design, approval, media and analysis. An agent can gather approved sources, prepare a brief, check outstanding work and organize results. Start with a handoff with measurable rework, such as turning technical documentation into a content proposal reviewed by a specialist.

Define audience, problem, offer, permitted evidence, channel, owner and expected outcome. For an industrial company or technical service provider, a guide clarifying a purchase decision may be more useful than dozens of generic posts. Record who confirms specifications, prices, availability and image-use rights before publication.

For organic traffic, publish a useful answer

Google advises reviewing accuracy, quality and relevance of AI-generated content, including metadata and alternative text. It also warns that generating many pages without additional value may constitute scaled content abuse. This does not mean all AI-assisted content is prohibited.

Use an agent to organize real questions, identify gaps and prepare structure. Add original examples, verified sources, limitations and team experience. Review titles, links and information that changes over time. Measure relevant queries, qualified visits and useful actions; rankings and reach are not guaranteed by the number of texts produced.

For paid traffic, separate recommendations from execution

Define a campaign brief with hypothesis, audience, approved creative, landing page, conversion event, duration, spending limit and owner. An agent can check consistency between ad, offer and page and prepare variants for review. Budget, targeting and publishing changes should follow established approval authority.

During implementation, confirm which integrations support metric reads or writes in the platforms used. This roadmap does not assume native Zild connectors for Google Ads, Meta Ads or Search Console. If the pilot uses exports, record date, filters, time zone and currency so analysis is reproducible. Do not treat an old spreadsheet as real-time monitoring.

Connect the event to the CRM and ERP process

A submitted form, qualified lead, opportunity and sale are different events. Preserve identifiers and deduplication rules to track handoffs. Record the conversion definition and attribution window. Reconcile media reports with CRM before adding results from different platforms.

Synthetic example: BRL 6,000 in media and BRL 2,000 in production and operations generate 40 leads accepted by the responsible team. Full cost per accepted lead is BRL 200, not BRL 150. If eight customers are acquired and the example’s acquisition costs total BRL 8,000, average cost is BRL 1,000 per customer. In actual operations, include other applicable costs and evaluate revenue, margin and collection timing separately.

Measure effects without confusing attribution and causality

Google Ads distinguishes conversions attributed through reporting rules from incremental conversions measured through treatment and control studies. Conversion Lift availability depends on account and campaign eligibility; it is not automatically available for every pilot.

Before testing, define the hypothesis, primary metric, period and interpretation criteria. Before-and-after comparisons can be affected by seasonality, pricing or commercial changes. Without a design supporting causality, report associations and limitations. AI can prepare analysis but must not turn a small fluctuation or inconclusive result into proof of return.

Organize operations with Zild

Design the workflow with approved sources, an agent, a review owner and a next task. Use the shared foundation to gather product context, brand instructions and quality criteria, validating access and integrations in the deployed environment. The team retains control over published content and media commitments.

Evaluate the pilot by preparation time, corrections, information accuracy, cost per approved deliverable and subsequent business outcomes. Start with a limited set of assets and one channel. Reuse the process once the team can demonstrate less rework without losing quality, traceability or budget control.
