Available to administrators. Maintain shared content that can be associated with agents.

Available to administrators. Maintain shared content that can be associated with agents.

Enter details and save

1. Open Knowledge and create an entry.
2. Enter a name (up to 400 characters) and content (up to 10,000 characters).
3. Select visibility groups and save. Without groups, the entry is available to all eligible users.
