Browse and maintain

Open an entry to review its name, content and groups. Save changes and check the knowledge association in the agent that should use it.

Create

1. Open Knowledge and create an entry.
2. Enter a name (up to 400 characters) and content (up to 10,000 characters).
3. Select visibility groups and save. Without groups, the entry is available to all eligible users.
