Configure success criteria and how to estimate financial benefits from successful conversations.
How to use it
In the agent Success and ROI tab, describe and enable required criteria. Choose cost reduction or revenue increase, currency and either a fixed value per success or conversation extraction. Review extraction instructions against known examples.
Limits and prerequisites
All active criteria must pass. Without active criteria, conversations are not evaluated for success. Missing values are not treated as zero. Configured benefits are process estimates and do not alone prove realized savings.
Validate in your operation
Compare a successful conversation with one failing a criterion. Check the financial value source and document assumptions for review with business owners.
