Main tasks

• Find conversations using search, filters, or sorting available on the screen.
• Create a conversation with the new-record action when it is available.
• Edit a conversation by opening it from the list and changing its data on the edit screen.
• Delete a conversation from the selected item action and confirm only when you are sure.

Search and filters

• Search: Enter part of a name, phone number, email, or related term to narrow the list.
• Status: Select the current state or use the field to filter results.

Available actions

• Create: start a new record.
• Delete: remove the selected item, usually after confirmation.
• Edit: open the selected item for changes.
• Clear filters: clear filters, search, or current selection.
• Search: search using the current filters.
